Ingredients

  • SANDWICH:
  • 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspon Italian seasoning
  • 1 pinch Sugar; optional
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Wheat Wraps
  • 1 Chicken Breast; shredded
  • 1/2 cup Smoked Gouda Cheese; shredded
  • 1 cup Mushrooms; sliced
  • 1/2 cup Onion; thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Lettuce or Spinach; thinly shredded
  • 1 Tomato; thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella grated; optional

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dressing ingredients (first 6 on the list). Place chicken, cheese, mushrooms, onions, lettuce, tomatoes in a bowl with dressing and toss. Place wheat wraps on 4 rectangles of plastic cling wrap. Spread mayonnaise on the wheat wraps, then spread with the meat and cheese mixture, covering 3/4 of the wheat wraps. Roll up wraps jelly roll style. Wrap them with plastic wrap securely. Refrigerate 20-60 minutes. Cut wheat wraps with cling wrap on to keep filling in sandwiches.

Seems to keep up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
