Ingredients
- SANDWICH:
- 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspon Italian seasoning
- 1 pinch Sugar; optional
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 4 Wheat Wraps
- 1 Chicken Breast; shredded
- 1/2 cup Smoked Gouda Cheese; shredded
- 1 cup Mushrooms; sliced
- 1/2 cup Onion; thinly sliced
- 2 cups Lettuce or Spinach; thinly shredded
- 1 Tomato; thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella grated; optional

Preparation
Step 1
Combine dressing ingredients (first 6 on the list). Place chicken, cheese, mushrooms, onions, lettuce, tomatoes in a bowl with dressing and toss. Place wheat wraps on 4 rectangles of plastic cling wrap. Spread mayonnaise on the wheat wraps, then spread with the meat and cheese mixture, covering 3/4 of the wheat wraps. Roll up wraps jelly roll style. Wrap them with plastic wrap securely. Refrigerate 20-60 minutes. Cut wheat wraps with cling wrap on to keep filling in sandwiches.
Seems to keep up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
