Guinness Reduction Sauce
Guinness reduction takes some time to make but is SO worth it. Drizzle a little over olive oil, dip a baguette and enjoy the awesome!
- 1 3/4 cup Guinness Stout
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
Combine Guinness and Sugar and simmer on low heat for about an hour. Keep stirring until reduced to about half.
To serve, drizzle equal amounts of reduction and olive oil and serve with Irish soda bread.
