  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 C. chopped onions
  • 1/3 C. thinly sliced celery
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 16 oz. package of frozen tater tots

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease shallow 2 quart baking dish. Brown ground beef with onions and celery. Drain fat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread beef mixture in a baking dish and pour undiluted can of soup over meat mixture. Top with a layer of frozen tater tots. Bake 45 minutes or until bubbly.
