Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp corns tarch
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup juice from pineapple
- Chicken (or pkg of chicken wings
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, ketchup, vinegar, pineapples, water, and pineapple juice, use corns tarch to thicken. I use chicken wings for this recipe. I dry them first then place them in a deep casserole dish; pour sauce over top, cover and bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for 1 hour. Serve on top of white rice.
