  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 pickle relish
  • 3 hard cooked eggs
  • 1 lb. American cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 c. mayo.
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • Squirt of mustard
  • 2 T. sugar
