Portable Chocolate and Peanut Butter Pots

Not sure I totally get it, but I can get behind a jar full of chocolate and peanut butter, regardless.

Ingredients
- 4 Plain butter cookies
- 2 oz. Cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 oz. Prepared whipped topping
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1/4 Cup peanut butter
- 1/4 Cup chocolate chips, chopped
- Pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Break up two of the cookies into small pieces and put one at the bottom of each of two 8 oz. jars. Combine the cream cheese, sugar, whipped topping and milk until the sugar is thoroughly dissolved. Mix in the peanut butter and add as much sea salt as you like. Spoon a quarter of the mixture into each jar. Break up the remaining two cookies and place them over the mixture in each jar. Sprinkle a quarter of the chopped chocolate chips into each jar and top with the remaining peanut butter mixture. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over each pot. This recipe should be enough to make 2 pots - one for you and one for your love.
