Ingredients
- 12 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, 5 oz each
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced, or 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 cup lemon juice

Step 1
1. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in a nonmetallic dish.
2. In a bowl, mix together oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, black pepper, vinegar, garlic, and lemon juice
3. When well blended, pour over chicken.
4. Cover. Marinate 6-8 hours or overnight. Turn chicken over about half way through, if it's not the middle of the night and you're able to coat both sides
5. Remove from marinade. Grill over medium heat until cooked through about 15-18 minutes. Do not overcook or meat will dry out
