Ingredients
- 2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. powdered nondairy creamer
- 1 tsp. almond extract, orange extract, or vanilla extract
- 1 pkg (32 oz) confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. water

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, beat the shortening, creamer and extract. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar. Add enough water until frosting reaches desired consistency.
Store in fridge for up to three months. Bring to room temp before spreading.
