Ingredients

  • 1 lg box Strawberry Jello
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 2 cups Frozen strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup + 2 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 cup crushed pretzels

Preparation

Step 1

Bottom layer: In a 9x13 pan combine pretzels, butter and 2 tsp sugar. Spread into bottom of pan. Bake 8 minutes @ 400 degrees. Let cool.

Middle Layer: Mix together cream cheese, cool whip and 1 cup sugar. Place on top of pretzels. Be sure to spread out completely to seal the top layer in. Refrigerate at least an hour.

Top Layer: Dissolve Jello in 2 cups hot water. Add frozen strawberries. Pour over 2nd layer and refrigerate until set.
