Ingredients

  • 4 # pork ribs
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 pkg beef stew seasoning mix
  • 1 can pinto beans, drained
  • 1/2 can chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 sliced medium onion
  • 1 pkg burrito size flour tortillas
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

In crock pot, combine pork ribs, tomatoes, roast seasoning pkg. beans, chilies, chili powder, and onion. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Remove ribs, shred, reserve 1/2 for another meal. Return 1/2 to crock pot. Stir ingredients together. Wrap meat mixture in tortillas. Garnish with cheese and sour cream.
