  • Glaze:
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup veg oil
  • 3/4 cup Irish Cream Liquer
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup Irish Cream

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325, Grease and flour bundt pan, sprinkle chopped nuts in bottom. In lg bowl, combine cake mix & pudding mix, mix in eggs, water, oil and 3/4 cup Bailey's. Beat 5 min on high speed, pour over nuts. Bake 60 min, cool 10 min in pan, then invert onto serving dish. Prick top and sides of cake, spoon glaze over and brush onto sides.
