Ingredients
- 1/2 lb lasagna noodles
- 10-12 med potatoes
- 2 lg chopped onions
- 8 oz mild cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 sticks butter

Preparation
Step 1
Chop onions and fry in butter. Cook potatoes and mash. Add cheese. Pour 1/2 butter onion mix in potatoes w/cheese. Cook noodles and drain. Grease a 9x 13 pan and add a little milk to prevent sticking. Layer noodles and potatoe mixture. Pour remaining 1/2 butter onion mix on top of noodles. Cover with foil. Bake 50-60 mins at 350.
