Thrifty Cake

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 tablespoon cooking oil
• 1 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix baking soda, sugar, cocoa, flour and salt together; sift into an 8”X8” cake pan. Make 3 holes In the mixture and pour the vinegar, vanilla and cooking oil into the holes, separately. Pour the water over the whole mixture, then mix until. lumps are out. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
