  • ICING:
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 4 oz coconut, shredded
  • chopped pecans
  • 1 jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 box (4 cups) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, sugar, cocoa, vanilla and eggs. Beat until blended. Add flour and beat well. Add coconut and pecans. Put into greased and floured cake pan (9 x 13). Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and spread on marshmallow creme while cake is hot. Allow cake to cool and frost.
