Refrigerator Cream Pie

Ingredients

• 1/2 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup fruit yogurt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup whipped topping
• 1 cup fruit
• 1 graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan mix gelatin, sugar and water. Stir over low heat to dissolve gelatin and sugar. Blend in sour cream (use whisk). Remove from heat. Add yogurt and vanilla. Chill until slightly thickened. Blend in whipped topping (use whisk) and add fruit. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Chill at least 1-2 hours before serving.
