Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large tomato, seeded and diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro
- Dressing
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 t ground cumin
- 1/8 t cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine beans, corn onion, green onion, red pepper, tomato, garlic and cilantro in large bowl
Stir gently to mix
Whisk together oil, lime juice, cumin and cayenne pepper in small bowl
Pour over bean mixture
Stir gently to combine
Season with salt and pepper
Let stand at least 1 hour before serving or cover and chill for up to 3 days
Stir gently just before serving
