Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups rice
- 1 teaspoon vanill

Step 1
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in a microwave safe bowl. Gradually stir in milk. Microwave on HIGH for 5-7 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes until mixture is smooth and thickened. Add small amount of pudding to beaten egg, then add all to pudding, mix well. Microwave on MEDIUM 1-3 minutes longer. Stirring after every minute. Add butter rice and vanilla, stir until mixed.
