Chocolate Peanut Crockpot Candy

By

This is YUMMY ~ you actually make it in your crockpot, so SUPER EASY (no candy thermometer needed). You can substitute peanuts with almonds, pecans or cashews too. It makes alot, so good to give as gifts too

Preparation

Step 1

If you want, you can pulse the peanuts in your food processor first to make the pieces a little smaller, but not necessary. Pour peanuts into large crockpot; add rest of ingredients. Cover and set on LOW. Now, just leave it alone for an hour or so … then stir the mixture with a large spoon, making sure peanuts are well coated. … Scoop out portions onto a waxed paper-covered cookie sheet and let harden (a small cookie scoop or rounded teaspoonful will fill bon-bon papers later) ~ you can make these as big or small as you like

Makes about 4 lbs … enough for your whole family plus gifts!
