Ingredients
- 5 medium sized potatoes cut 1/4" thick
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 2 T flour
- 2 T sugar
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t celery seed
- 1/4 t pepper
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Combine potatoes and onions in slow cooker
Combine remaining ingredients, except bacon and parsley, in bowl. Pour over potatoes
Cover. Cook on Low 8-10 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Stir in bacon and parsley.
Serve warm or at room temp.
