Tortilla Soup

Ingredients

• Amounts can be varied to taste
• 1 c chopped carrots
• 1 c chopped onions
• 1 c chopped celery
• 2 lge cans Swanson Chicken broth
• 1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
• 1 roasted chicken, skinned & chopped
• 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
• Tortilla chips
• Grated cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Sauted vegtables until soft. Add broth & tomatoes. Bring to boil. Add chicken and taco seasoning mix. Heat until cooked through.
Ladle into bowl with chips and cheese.

Optional; add canned corn
