Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven 375 degrees Convection 350 degrees
Cream butter & sugar. Add egg yolk and almond extract.
Beat at med. speed until light & fluffy.
Mix flour & cocoa together in small bowl.
Gradually add to creamed mixture. Mix well 2-3 min.
Shape into balls, or logs or force through cookie press.
Place about 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 7-9 min.
