Grilled SALMON with DILL SAUCE

This is something that I make almost every week (on the BBQ). Yes, I know Beth doesn't eat salmon, but the SAUCE is one that I use all the time as a DIP for VEGETABLES too! ..

Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 about 1 lb. salmon steaks (or large fillet)
- olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt or Kosher salt
- 2 tsp dill weed
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or sour cream)
- 1/4 cup Dijon or Creole mustard
- 3 tsp dillweed

Preparation
Step 1
Rub salmon lightly with olive oil; sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and dillweed. Grill on BBQ on medium heat for about 6-8 minutes on each side. Plate and serve with sauce lightly drizzled over it, or on the side … Serves 2-3
Mix all sauce ingredients together …. (NOTE: This sauce is also a GREAT dip for raw vegetables, or in a baked potato)
