- 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 cups frozen sliced carrots
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach

- teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
