Hot Cheddar Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded colby/jack cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 cup green onions
- dash of hot pepper
- 1/2 pound bacon - fried and crumbled
- 12 crushed ritz crackers

Step 1
Mix all the cheeses and mayo and hot pepper together - add half the bacon and green onions. Put in baking dish and top with crackers. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with remaining bacon and green onion.
