Ingredients
- 2 t vanilla
- 2 c oats
- 1/2 c wheat germ (sub w/flaxseed for GF option)
- 1/2 c sunflower seeds
- 1 c crushed peanuts or other nuts
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c honey
- 4 T butter
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 c dried fruit

Step 1
Mix nuts, oats, germ and seeds in over 400F for 10 min, stirring every few minutes. Line dish w/wax paper and melt sugar, honey, butter, vanilla and salt. Mix oats, fruit and wet ingredients. Pour into dish and press onto wax paper. Wait 2-3 hours.
