- one 16-oz. pkg. cole slaw mix
- one 15-oz. can cut green beans
- two 15-oz. cans Italian stewed tomatoes
- two 14-oz. cans beef broth

In a skillet, brown ground beef, drain fat, and place in a large slow cooker. Add slaw, green beans, tomatoes, and beef broth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours.
