  • 1 pkg. (6oz) zesty Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1/4 c chopped red pepper
  • 1/4 c chopped green pepper

Mix together sour cream, salad dressing and dressing mix until smooth. Stir in peppers. Chill. Makes 2 1/4 cups.
