  • 2 eggs room temp
  • 1 egg white
  • 2/3 cup milk room temp
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Place in 10" cast iron skillet heat for at least 8 minutes
