Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, room temp
- 7 tbsp light brown sugar
- 5 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups muesli
- 1/2 cups raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a baking sheet.
2.Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3.Beat in peanut butter and then the egg.
4.Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt over peanut butter mixture and stir to blend.
5.Stir in muesli, raisins and walnuts.
6.Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of mixture on baking sheet 1 inch apart.
7.Press gently with the back of spoon to spread into a circle.
8.Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly colored.
9.Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
10.Store in airtight container.
