  • 3/4 c. water
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 c. bread flour
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast
  • Olive oil for top
  • 2-3 T fresh rosemary
  • Freshly ground pepper



Step 1

Place all ingredients except last three in bread machine
Select: Dough/Manual
Grease cookie sheet
Pat dough in a roughly 12" circle
Cover and let rise 30 min
Heat over to 400, make deep impressions in dugh at 1-inch intervals
with finger or handle of wooden spoon. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle
rosemary and black pepper
Bake 15 to 18 min.
