Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz pkg corn muffin mix
- 8 oz can corn, drained
- 8 oz can cream corn
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 c cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and mix with muffin mix. Combine with remaining ingredients. Pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35 mins or until center is a little soft. Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese. Bake for another 5 mins or until cheese is melted and bread is set.
