Ingredients

  • 10 oz angel food cake cut into
  • 12 slices
  • 8 oz fat free cream cheese
  • 4 oz light cream cheese
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 teas vanilla
  • 2 T unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 oz semisweet, grated chocolate
  • 4 oz brewed espresso

Preparation

Step 1

Dip 4 slices of cake in espresso and line bottom of 8" loaf pan.
Mix cream cheeses, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Mix cocoa and grated chocolate
Spread 1/3 cream cheese mixture over dipped slices. Spread 1/3 cocoa-chocolate mixture. Repeat making 3 layers.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
