Batido de Banana (guineo) Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups ice
  • Artificial sweetener to taste
  • Nutmeg, optional Walnut

Preparation

Step 1

Blend the banana with skim milk and sweetener at high speed. Add ice gradually, blending until mixture is incorporated. Serve sprinkled with nutmeg.
