Ingredients

  • 1 chicken (cooked and meat removed from bones) cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes w/green chilies
  • 10 tortillas (torn in small pieces)
  • 2 onions (finely chopped)
  • 3 c grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine soups, tomatoes, chicken and mix well. In 3 quart shallow baking dish (lightly greased) make 3 layers or the following:

1. torn tortillas
2. Chicken mixture
3 chopped onion and cheese

Bake in 350 degree oven 45-50 minutes or until bubbly.


NOTE:
Can be frozen but needs to thaw before baking
