Berry Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. frozen blueberries
- 1 c. frozen raspberries
- 1 c. frozen strawberries, sliced
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 (3 oz) pkg. raspberry gelatin
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 (18 1/4 oz) yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 2 T. Canola oil

Step 1
In a greased 13 x 9 pan, layer walnuts and berries; spinkle w/sugar, gelatin and parsmallows. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, water and oil; beat on low spead for 30 seconds and then on medium for 2 minutes. Pour over the top. Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 minutes or until tookpick in center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving platter. Serve warm or cool with whipped cream or ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
