Ingredients
- 6 oz. jar Louisiana hot sauce
- 4 1/4 lbs. chicken wings (about 36)
- 1 T. margarine
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper

Step 1
Clean chicken. Cut wings at both joints and remove tips. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line jelly roll pan with foil and spray with Pam. Bake wings for 30 minutes. Combine all remaining ingredients in pan and heat slightly to blend. After 30 minutes, baste chicken with sauce, turn and baste other side of wings. Bake an additional 30 minutes. Remove and place in bowl, pour remaining sauce over wings. For milder wings, omit red pepper, Tabasco sauce or both.
