Ingredients

1 box white cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Step 1

Mix cake mix, eggs and oil with a fork. Keep out 1/2 to 1 c. crumbs. Pat rest of mixture into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Melt butter, chocolate chips and milk. Pour over top. Put rest of cake mix on top in blobs. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees until brown on top. Do not over bake. This is best served while still warm.
