  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp. minced fresh dill (optional)
  • Dash of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients (yogurt, mustard, honey and lemon juice) to the bowl. Shake in a dash of salt. Whisk vigorously.

For use as marinade
Use half of the sauce to brush or rub on chicken, steak or fish. Refrigerate in bowl overnight or for four to eight hours.

After grilling or cooking meat as desired, serve the other half of the sauce in a bowl at the table. Guests can pour sauce over the meat or fish to taste.
