Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup of chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1 t of lemon juice
- pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Soak all seeds and nuts for 1 hour in water. Drain then rinse.
Chop seeds and nuts then place in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients to the soaked seeds and nuts and mix thoroughly.
Place mixture on dehydrator sheets and dehydrate for 1 hour on 140 degrees, then turn down to 115 degrees until crispy (it may take overnight).
