21/02/14 - Very good. Ihad it as a dip for Prosciutto-Wrapped shrimp. Bit on the thin side as a dip, however, reduce the lemon juice somewhat and maybe suppliment with zest instead. Can be used as a sauce or as a marinade

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. minced fresh dill (optional)
- Dash of salt

Preparation
Step 1
*Add* all ingredients to a bowl and *whisk* vigorously.
For use as marinade
Use half of the sauce to brush or rub on chicken, steak or fish. Refrigerate in bowl overnight or for four to eight hours.
After grilling or cooking meat as desired, serve the other half of the sauce in a bowl at the table. Guests can pour sauce over the meat or fish to taste.
