Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c onion (chopped)
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 4 oz. can green chilies (drained)
- 1 1/4 c milk
- 3/4 c Bisquick
- 3 eggs
- 2 tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 c Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate or casserole dish. Cook beef and onion until brown. Drain off grease. Stir in taco seasoning.
Spread in dish and top with green chilies.
Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth in blender. Pour over meat mixture. Bake 25 minutes, then top with tomato slices and cheese. Return to oven and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 8-10 minutes longer.) Cool 5 minutes. Serve with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and sour cream.
