  • 3 peaches, halved, pitted, and diced (about 2 cups)
  • 1 (6 oz) container blackberries, halved.
  • 1 cup small strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 Tbps lemon juice
  • 2 Tbps chopped fresh mint
  • 1 Tbps Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbps sugar
  • 1 (1 pl) ham steak

Step 1

1. Lightly spray the rack of a broiler pan with nonstick spray an dpreheat the oven - broiling here.

2. Combine the peaches, blackberries, strawberries, onion, lemon juice, and mint in a serving bowl; set aside.

3. Combine the mustard and sugar in a cup. Place the ham steak on the broiler rack an dbroil 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes. Turn and brush with the mustard mixture; broil until bubbly, about 4 minutes longer. Cutr the steak into 6 equal portions and serve with the relish.
