Ingredients
- 1/2 LB bacon
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 9 eggs beaten or use egg substitute
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1-2 tsp pizza seasoning
- 1-15 oz can diced tomatoes, well-drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Fry bacon in large, oven safe skillet. Remove bacon and set aside to drain on paper toweling. Drain off most of the fat from the pan. Add onions and cook until golden.
In mixing bowl beat the milk into the eggs. Stir in salt and pepper and pizza seasoning. Crumble the bacon, and add it to the bowl along with the tomatoes and onions. Pour into the same skillet, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes until done.
