This is my mom’s recipe. I made it for a chili cook-off at work, and won! I can’t find a chili I like better

Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 cups Chopped Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 can (16 Oz. Can) Petite Cut Tomatoes, Do Not Drain
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Red Kidney Beans, Drained
- 3/4 cups Tomato Juice
- 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Chopped Green Chiles
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons Celery Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1/8 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- A Few Drops Of Tabasco Sauce

Step 1
Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet. Drain off the fat. Put meat into a large pot. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes.
