- pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 cups White Rice (not Instant)
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1/3 cups Chopped Onion
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Celery Salt
- 1/8 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/8 teaspoons Pepper
- 15 ounces, fluid Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Water
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

Step 1
Mix beef, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salt. celery salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Form into balls. Heat a little oil in a hot large skillet with a lid, and brown the outside of the meatballs.
Mix together the tomato sauce, water, and Worcestershire. Pour over the browned meatballs. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes.
