  • 4 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 can (28oz) red enchilada sauce
  • 1 1/4 (10oz) sour cream
  • 9 flour tortillas cut into 1 1/2" pieces
  • 4 cups shredded monterey jack cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In greased 13x9 pan layer half chicken, sauce, sour cream, tortillas and cheese. Repeat layers.

Cover and bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes.
