Ingredients
- Nut filling:
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 1/2 pound butter
- 4 cups ground nuts
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 to 1 tsp vanilla or lemon juice

Step 1
Mix thoroughly and roll into walnut sized balls. Refrigerate overnight. Roll out on Confectioner's sugar and put nut filling in center then shape into crescent form.
Nut filling:
Mix together in saucepan and cook over medium heat until sugar disolved and mixture thickens.
Bake 350 20-25 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
