Ingredients
- topping:
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 2 inch strips or rounds
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 (15 ounce) cans black beans
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups corn (frozen or canned)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- small can of diced green chilies
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- Shredded cheese
- sour cream
- cilantry
- serve with tortilla chips

Preparation
Step 1
salt & pepper pork
brown pork pieces in little olive oil
saute onions, garlic and cook ground turkey
pour some of the stock & tomatoes in crock pot, place meat in pot & top with all other ingredients. stir in spices
Set to Low and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
Break up pieces of cooked pork to thicken the chili before serving.
Top with sour cream dallop, cheese & cilantro.
Serve with tortilla chips
