Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp honey
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup milk (1 cup nonfat dry milk and 1 cup water)
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk (2/3 cups nonfat dry milk and 3/4 cup water)
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup raisins

Step 1
Beat eggs. Add honey, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon, and mix well. Stir in vanilla, milk, rice, and raisins. Place in a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 325 F for 45 minutes. Stir after 25 minutes.
