Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups quartered small red potatoes
- 1 (16oz) pkg Green Giant Frozen Cut Green Beans, thawed, drained
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tsp dried tarragon leaves
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Step 1
Place potatoes in large saucepan; add water to cover. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 12 to 16 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add green beans; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until green beans are warm. Drain well. Place in a serving bowl.
Meanwhile, in small jar with tight fitting lid combine remaining ingredients; shake well. Pour over potatoes and green beans; toss gently. Serve immediately.
